Dr. Zachary Inman
Dr. Zachary Inman grew up in Memphis before attending the University of Tennessee (’09). After graduation, he married his high school sweetheart, and moved to Tampa Bay for medical school at LECOM Bradenton (’14) and residency at HCA Northside Hospital (’17). For six years, he provided care for patients with all manner of severe conditions as a hospitalist at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center. He served as chairman of the hospital’s Department of Medicine from 2021-2022, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. He’s board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Ioana Bocirnea
Dr. Ioana Bocirnea was born and spent her early childhood in Romania before moving with her family to Rochester, New York, at the age of 10. She earned her bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College (’13), received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine (’17), and completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Tennessee in Jackson, Tennessee, where she served as Chief Resident.
Following residency, Dr. Bocirnea began practicing as a hospitalist in Middle Tennessee, where she has cared for adults with a wide range of acute and complex medical conditions. She is board certified in Family Medicine and believes that the best medical care begins with trust, compassion, and open communication. She values building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve healthier lives through prevention, education, and individualized care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Bocirnea enjoys spending time with her family, tackling DIY home projects, staying active, and traveling.
Lisa Inman
Lisa Inman serves as the Practice Manager for Promise DPC. She’s a licensed CPA who earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Tennessee (’09, ’10). After graduation, she married her high school sweetheart and began her career in tax accounting at EY. After more than a decade in public accounting, she felt the calling to chart her own professional course and recruited her favorite doctor to join her in launching Promise DPC. She volunteers with CASA Nashville.
